PunchList Clean was built around the final phase of a construction project the point where every detail matters and the home is prepared for delivery.

With a background rooted in architecture, design, and job site experience, I’ve always been drawn to how a home comes together the materials, the surfaces, and the sequencing behind it. There’s a puzzle to every build. Understanding that process is what led me into final phase cleaning.

We don’t approach projects like a standard cleaning service. We study floor plans, understand window schedules, and pay attention to how each space is meant to be presented. That allows us to work more efficiently on site and ultimately make the builder’s job easier.

From site care throughout the build to rough cleans and final presentation, our role is to support the construction process not interrupt it. We know how to move around active job sites, work alongside trades, and handle high-end materials with the level of care they require.
